(大聖天使們) [米迦勒、烏列、拉斐爾、加伯列] 從 天堂 往下看，
看到了 很多 血 不斷地 流灑 在 大地上，
也看到了 所有的 這些 無法無天的(惡)事 不斷地 運作/發生 在 大地(地球)上。
And then Michael, Uriel, Raphael,
and Gabriel looked down from heaven and saw much blood being shed upon the
earth, and all lawlessness being wrought upon the earth.

然後，(三位天使們) 他們 對 彼此 說：
「大地上 的 居民 的 哭聲 已經 到達 天堂的各個 門(口) 了
！」
And they said one to another: 'The earth made without inhabitant cries the
voice of their cryingst up to the gates of heaven.

人類們的眾靈魂 提著 控訴、向 天上的 聖者們、說：
「將 (我們的)訴訟 帶到 至高者(上帝)的面前 吧！」
And now to you, the holy ones of heaven, the souls of men make their suit, saying, Bring our cause before the Most High.'

他們 (大天使們) 對 那位(掌管)眾時代的主 說：
「萬主之主、萬神之神、萬王之王、(掌管)眾時代的神、坐在 榮耀之寶座-掌
王權-統管 眾時代之眾世代 的 上帝 啊！
你的名字 在 所有的 眾時代 是 神聖的、榮耀的、受祝福的！」
And they said to the
Lord of the ages: 'Lord of lords, God of gods, King of kings, and God of the
ages, the throne of Thy glory (standeth) unto all the generations of the
ages, and Thy name holy and glorious and blessed unto all the ages!

「你 造了 所有的 事物 並且 有 大權炳 掌管 所有的事物：
所有的 事物 都 赤裸 並 坦開 在 你的眼前，你
能 看見 所有的 事物，
並且，沒有任何 事物 能 在 你的面前 隱瞞 自己。」
Thou hast made all things, and power
over all things hast Thou: and all things are naked and open in Thy sight,
and Thou seest all things, and nothing can hide itself from Thee.

「你 看 (#21) 阿扎茲歐 (墮落天使) 做了 什麼，他 教導了 地球上 的 所有 不公義的人、向 他們 揭示了
在 天上 的 永恆的 秘密，
因此，人類們 正在 不斷地 努力 學知 (天堂的秘密)。」
Thou seest what (#21) Azazel
hath done, who hath taught all unrighteousness on earth and revealed the
eternal secrets which were (preserved) in heaven, which men were striving to
learn:

「你 也 賜給了 (眾天使的領袖) 西姆扎斯-他 權炳 去 掌管 他的同夥(天使)們。
And Semjaza, to whom
Thou hast given authority to bear rule over his associates.

並且，他們 也 去了 大地上的人類的女兒們 那裡，
而且，他們 和 人類的女性們 睡覺，又 玷污了 自己，
並且，向 他們 掲(展)示了 所有的 罪惡。
And they have gone to the daughters of men upon the earth,
and have slept with the women, and have defiled themselves, and revealed to
them all kinds of sins.

人類的女性們 生下了 巨人們，並且 使 整個 大地上 充滿了 血(腥) 和 不公義。」
And the women have borne giants, and the whole earth has thereby been filled with blood and unrighteousness.

「現在，看哪！那些 已死了的人們的靈魂 正在 哭泣 並且 向著 天堂的眾門口 控訴，他們的哀歌 已經 升起：」
這些 無法無天的惡行惡事，已經 無法 平熄/終止。 」And now, behold, the souls of those who have died are
crying and making their suit to the gates of heaven, and their lamentations
have ascended: and cannot cease because of the lawless deeds which are
wrought on the earth.

「在 他們 決定 去 使 那些(惡)事 發生 之前，你 早已 知道 這些 所有的事了，
並且，你 也 使 他們
遭受苦難，而且，你 還 沒 告訴 我們 應當 針對/關於 那些事 去 做些什麼。」
And Thou knowest all things before they come to pass, and Thou seest these things and Thou dost suffer them, and Thou dost not say to us what we are to do to them in regard to these.'
