歌羅西書 (新標點和合本) 1:15 愛子是那不能看見之 神的像，是首生的，在一切被造的以先。 (KJV) Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: (NKJV) Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. (NASB) Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. (NIV) Colossians 1:15 He is the image of the invisible God,the firstborn over all creation. 由此可知, KJV 把耶穌當成受造物之一. 之後的版本才把原先的錯誤改正了. firstborn=首生的, 第一胎生的, of= ....的, 屬於, 含有...的, 來自...的, 在...方面, ...之中的, ----etc. (KJV) Colossians 1:15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: KJV:.............. the firstborn of every creature= 所有被造物"當中"首生的.=是首生的, 在一切被造物"當中" 其他版本:......the firstborn over all creation= 是首生的，在一切被造的以先。 所有以英文為第一母語的人, 都看的出這裡的不同. 連接整句的意思根本不一樣. 這是不爭的事實, KJV 版在此留下錯誤.
